May 20, 10:14:17 GMT+0 - Monitoring - We are continuing to work on a fix for this incident. Issue identified as a mains power issue at the site. Power company is on scene and should have power restored soon. May 20, 10:47:51 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Power restored to site and all networking equipment has come back online.

  <title>WIDESPREAD POWER OUTAGE</title>

    Feb 15, 21:39:28 GMT+0 - Identified - Power is currently out for whole Makara region. FROMMS sites all still online. Road to Karori is open. If you can get to the Ohariu Hall, there is emergency power for phone and device charging, free internet access, Wi-fi calling and a phone line. Feb 16, 01:11:55 GMT+0 - Monitoring - Partial power restoration, Makara Beach, Makara Road, Makara Vlllage. I think there has been some damage to Flat Top but will investigate when the weather improves. South Makara power still down. Feb 17, 04:42:48 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. All Makara regions back to mains electricity.

  <title>STORM DAMAGE - South Makara Repeater</title>

    Dec 3, 04:14:15 GMT+0 - Investigating - We are currently investigating this incident. We believe there has been some damage to some of the transmitters at the south makara site. Unable to get up there today due to continuing bad weather. Will assess and repair tomorrow morning. Dec 4, 20:44:53 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. Repairs completed 4/12/25 at 3pm. Wind had shaken some bolts loose on the western sector affecting houses from 100-300 South Makara Road. These have been reinforced and service is back to normal.

We will not be able to access the site until the weather has calmed due to the remote location. Estimates for repair is currently within 48 hours. Updates to follow. Oct 29, 07:54:27 GMT+0 - Resolved - This incident has been resolved. The severe winds on Thursday and Monday had damaged several transmitters. All sites should be back up now.
